January Goals

January Goals

It’s a new year and a new month. Time to set some new goals for myself. Lately I have found that I quite enjoy setting monthly goals. I still set yearly goals as well but something about breaking them down into months make them seem more attainable. So here are some, but not all, of my goals for January.

  1. No Spend Month (only necessities)
  2. Grocery Budget $300
  3. Increase my monthly income even more
  4. Read 2 books
  5. Start a new journal for 2017
  6. Blog 3x a week
  7. Youtube 3x a week
  8. New items weekly in my Etsy store
  9. Take time to scrapbook weekly
  10. De-clutter,deep clean, and organize house
  11. Workout at least 3x a week

Do you make monthly goals or yearly goals or perhaps both? I would love to hear what some of your goals for January are.

  • I mentally make goals but as of now never put them to paper. You are so encouraging and I want to try this myself. I defintely want to start excercising and loosing weight and to eat healthier but it seems so expensive to eat healthy!

    • I mentally make goals as well but I have found I do much better with putting them to paper. It holds me more accountable. As for eating healthier it doesn’t have to be more expensive though I know sometimes it can be depending on the area you live in/stores available.

  • I have done yearly goals and failed most times! I like your idea of writing down monthly goals and maybe even weekly..I will try this. Im also doing a no spend month and working on being content this year.
