What’s On My Reading List

One of my goals for 2017 is to get back into reading and try to read at least one book a month. When I shared this goal, I mentioned I had an extensive list of books I had been adding to that I wanted to read. Many of you messaged me and wanted to know if I would share my list, as you also, are trying to read more and were looking for new books to add to your own list. This is a growing list and one that I add to frequently but this is how it currently stands.

  • That sure is a long list of books! My favorite are the financial and self help. Ive seen articles by Ruth Soukup and I like her as well.

    • I’ve slowly been creating this list over the past year or two and I guarantee I will add more to it this year haha

    • I am excited to start reading more, hopefully I can at least meet my goal of 12 books in the year 🙂

  • Wow, lots of books! I want to read “The Lying Game” series too; I loved the tv show! Why don’t you create a Goodreads account? I love that website 🙂

    • I love the tv show as well but I have heard the books are quite different so I am curious just how different they are. As for Goodreads, I actually have an account which is where a good portion of this list came from. I just seldom use the site anymore though.

  • That is a long list. I am currently halfway through Financially Chic and love it. And I think you will too. Financial books are actually not my favorite, but I adore Fiona’s writing and I want to improve in this area. In addition, you may inspire me to do a No Spend Month for February…

I also love Gretchen Rubin. I loved The Happiness Project, Happier at Home, and especially Better Than Before, which is about habits.

I hope you are able to read a lot! I have 8 titles on my winter reading list this year. Lately, I’ve blogged that I will read 4 books each season, but it’s so cold and dark out that I tend to stay inside more during the winter and like to cozy up with a good book.

    • Yes a very long list that has been in the making for about a year or two now. Time to finally work on it! Good luck with your own reading goals!

  • What an amazing list. Right now I am reading ‘Successful Women Think Differently: 9Habits to make you Happier, Healthier, & More Resilient’ when I am finished with this one I will be reading ‘Miracle Morning’.

    • Thank you for sharing your own list with me! I love hearing what others are reading 🙂
